Warning: If your health history data is from version 2.2 or earlier,
then before installing the version 3.0.0.0 or later app,
backup the current App and data files you might need to restore the version.
Warning: The version 3.+ file formats for the {year}-Health-History.hhd and
the export-import csv-files have changed.
When you start the program, the program will check the input file format and
if necessary will prompt for permission to convert the data
to the new version 4.0 format.

- Added to the "Distribution" plot of the "Glucose" values an estimated A1C value computed from the average glucose value wherein, A1C = (46.7 + average-glucose) / 28.7 .

The history data storage format has changed to accommodate a list of notes for each data item.
The program will convert all data from the version-3 format to version-4 format.
- When the program starts, the program will open the "Add Item" form for immediate data entry.
- Changed the item note from a single note to a list of notes.
After selecting a note, to add another note, click the "Select a note" button.
The program will ask if you want to replace the current note or append a new note.

- General clean-up per Microsoft coding recommendations.
- In the "Add" and the "Edit" forms,
change the "Cancel" buttons to "Close" buttons because
after a "Commit" the changes cannot be cancelled.

- In this version after you commit a new entry in the "Add" form,
the program will open and switch to the "Edit" form where you can
verify the new data, edit and commit any needed changes, or cancel the form.

To immediately close the form, tap the keyboard "Enter" or "Space" key.
- If the "Add" or "Edit" form is open and you press the keyboard "Escape" [Esc] key,
the program will cancel input and close the form.
- Fixed the "Edit" form so the "Note" is saved after an edit.
In prior versions, if you edited any item other than the note,
the program would not save the note.
- If you clear all fields of the "Add" or "Edit" forms,
program will now disable the form's "Commit" button.

Fixed a fatal App initialization error.
At start up, the program would sometimes display blank plots and cleared settings.
To restore the program, it was necessary to click the "Reset" button of
the MyHealthHistory "App Settings" in the Windows 10 "Settings" form.

- Modified the form resizing method to try to fix a plot display problem in earlier versions of Windows 10.
- Changed the "Data" color to "Data and dots" of the "Plot colors" form.

Fixed an "SpO2%" distribution plot data indexing error that corrupted both plots.
The indexing expected a data range of 90-to-100 and received data values less than 90.

When a new year is and the prior year's document file is still open,
the "My Health History" will now prompt you to create and open the new year's document folder.

The saved values were not restored and the App applied the defaults values.
- Changed the item margin value range to the new range of 0-to-99 from the prior range of 0-to-9.

When you added a new item, the App did not increment the item slider's maximum value and the plot did not display the new item.

Reference the "Select Health History Note:" dialog.
If you press the keyboard "Enter" key,
the action is now equivalent to tapping the "Select" button.
If you scroll the notes list with the keyboard "up or down" arrow keys
and then press the "Enter" key, the App will select the highlighted note
and will close the note selection dialog.

Fixed the "The system cannot find the file specified" error when creating a new document.
The App will ow create this year's document.

Added the "Plot colors" command to the "Command bar" so
you can override the default colors.

Fixed the initial data "Plot settings" error wherein the plot was of 9999 empty records.
The first plot of real data appeared squished at the left side because
the "Samples to view" setting was not set.

In this release, "Samples to view" is changed to "Records to view" for documentation consistancy
and the "Records to view" is set to 30 when there is no initial data to view.

When you restart the App, the App will apply the prior the "Plot settings".
However, if you open a new document and the number of records is less than the current "Records to view" setting,
the App will change the "Records to view" setting to a lower selectable value.
